Michael & Danielle

Our Story

     

     We have been together for 9 years and married for 2.   We met through mutual friends, while Danielle was a senior in high school, and Michael was a junior in college.  We have been a happy couple ever since.  We moved in together, into our first apartment 5 years ago.  In that time we were able to save enough money to buy our first home together. We have a one year old son, Ryan, that we adopted in 2014. We love everything about him and are so grateful to have him in our lives. We also have two pets, who we love very much.  Our cat, Aurora, is five years old and was from a friends’ litter.  We rescued our dog, Georgi, from a local shelter two years ago. 

      Danielle comes from a very large, close-knit family. She has three sisters and countless cousins. Michael has one sister and a smaller extended family that is also extremely close. We love spending time together and with our friends and family. We enjoy traveling, entertaining, and spending time in our backyard barbequing and playing with our dog and son.

      We enjoy taking spur of the moment road trips.  We love Hershey Park and have gone there almost every summer since we started dating.  Danielle’s family has always vacationed there since she was a kid, and now it’s one of our favorite places to go together.  Recently we went to Bermuda, for our honeymoon, and Niagara Falls, for our wedding anniversary.  We enjoy sight seeing and learning about the history and culture of the places we go.  We love to do family oriented trips, and frequently travel with the entire family (including aunts, uncles, and cousins).  We also enjoy hosting parties at our house with our friends and family.  We had our first Thanksgiving at our home last year with over 20 relatives. Our family is big, loving, and welcoming and everyone is so excited about a new addition.
